Welcome to Pwrpas, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving men’s mental health. We were founded out of genuine concern for the mental well-being of men, driven by a deep personal commitment to this vital cause.

An introductory session to raise awareness of mental health and build confidence to support others.
